Subscription

  • vOps (vMark Ops)  is provided as a monthly subscription.
  • Your subscription includes access to the latest software release, future updates, and optionally, standard support.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

License & Liability

Your subscription grants your organization a non-transferable license to use Ops, this license remains active during the whole duration of the subscription.
Redistribution or resale of the software or license is not permitted.
vOps is provided "as is". Pathgate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

Payment & Cancellations

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Standard Support

Standard Support is available only for subscriptions that explicitly include support.

Standard Support covers assistance related to:

  • Installation and deployment of vOps.
  • Configuration and general use of the software.
  • Use and understanding of existing vOps features.
  • Troubleshooting issues directly related to vOps.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Requests submitted during weekdays will normally receive an initial response within 24 hours. Requests submitted during weekends may take up to 48 hours to receive an initial response.

These response times are targets and do not constitute a guaranteed service-level agreement. Response time does not represent the time required to fully investigate or resolve an issue.

Standard Support does not include custom software development, implementation of customer-specific features, management of the customer’s infrastructure, or troubleshooting of third-party systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Live Development (Design Partnership Program)

Participation in the Live Development Program is available only for subscriptions that explicitly include Live Development or Design Partnership access.

The program provides customers with regular monthly or biweekly follow-up sessions to review:

  • Recently delivered features and improvements.
  • Items included in the short-term and long-term product roadmap.
  • Operational requirements and use cases identified by the customer.
  • Proposed integrations, workflows and feature enhancements.
  • The relative priority of planned roadmap items.

Participating customers may influence prioritization decisions so that the development of vOps more closely reflects their operational requirements and real-world use cases.

Customer feedback and priorities will be considered as part of Pathgate’s roadmap-planning process. However, participation does not guarantee that a requested feature will be accepted, delivered, or completed within a specific timeframe. Pathgate retains final responsibility for product architecture, security, technical feasibility and overall roadmap direction.
